About the product
Q: The price is surprisingly cheap, but is it true?
A: Please don't worry. All the products we deal in are 100% authentic. For more than 30 years, our company has made it our top priority to establish a trusting relationship with our customers. We will not provide any product that will disappoint your trust, so please shop with confidence.
There are many reasons for such low prices. For example, there may be favorable exchange rates, the benefit of bulk purchases with cash, the support of suppliers, or the ability to offer lower prices due to price differences with overseas prices. In addition, many cases, preferential prices are obtained simply because the product is offered as a featured product without considering profits. In any case, we always try our best to provide the best price and satisfy our customers.
We also have professional purchasing heads for each category, including bags, watches, clothing and jewelry, so if you have any questions, even the smallest ones, please feel free to ask. We will answer clearly and responsibly for the items we handle.
Q: Are there special cases for ties?
A. If special cases are written in the accessories section of each product, the product will be shipped with special cases.
In addition, for items listed as pure white boxes in this column, since there is no dedicated box, it will be delivered in its original box.
Q. Is there a charge for packaging?
A. We will provide the service free of charge. Our packing staff will carefully pack your items.

Q. Is there a warranty card?
A: Some brands come with it, and some do not. If it is a warranty card issued by that brand, of course it will be delivered to you. However, since our products are imported from overseas, we cannot attach a card that is independently made and issued by a Japanese importer. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Why is the list price (importer retail price) slightly different from the list price of the specialty store?
A. New products arrive at our store faster than other specialty stores in Japan, so we can only confirm some product numbers. Therefore, we work backwards from the confirmed list price (importer retail price) and calculate and display other list prices (importer retail prices) accordingly. There may be some errors due to market prices, but it is basically accurate.
In addition, the prices of specialty stores may change, so we will change the displayed list price (importer retail price) immediately after checking from time to time. In this case, there may be some time errors, please understand.
About Orders

Q. When I clicked the "Order" button on the "Order Details" page, the product was sold out.
A: We are very sorry. The system is designed to reduce inventory when you press the "Order" button, and another customer may have purchased the last stock a few seconds ago.
If you request to send a notification email, we will notify you when it is canceled.
Q. What is a notification email?
A. We will notify you by email when the item is in stock. If you want to receive an email arrival notification, please send "I want email notification!" from the "Inquiry about this product" section. We will notify you by email when the item is back in stock and can be purchased on the page.

A. Our store offers the following payment methods.

Q. Can a receipt be issued?

About Shipping
Q. How much is the shipping cost?

We also do not accept delivery outside Malaysia, Singapore.
If there are multiple orders, we may decide at our discretion to send the item by express delivery.
Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A. Sorry, we do not support specifying the arrival date and time at this time.
Please also note that we may not be able to deliver your order within your desired delivery time due to transportation conditions such as weather, road and traffic conditions.
Q: When will it arrive?
A. Please see the estimated delivery date below.
Product preparation period: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Product delivery period: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
However, please note that the delivery date may vary depending on domestic transportation and logistics conditions. (Delivery time in Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands may be extended by a few days)

Q: What if there is an error or omission in the address?
A. If the delivery address is incorrect or part of the address is missing, we will not be able to deliver.
Example) When the name on the nameplate is different from the recipient's name. (For example, "Mr. ○○" is omitted)
Example) If the apartment name or room number is missing.
Example) If the nameplate cannot confirm your stay.
When using the service, please always check the delivery address.
Q: What if the item is damaged, lost or stolen during delivery?
A: We will not be able to provide you with compensation for any damage, loss or theft of the product during transportation.
About the case of long-term absence
If you are absent, an absence ticket will be entered. Please specify the date and time for re-delivery to the office/driver responsible for collection/delivery.
About the case of unknown address
If the delivery company determines that delivery is difficult due to incorrect address or missing building name, the product will be returned to us on the same day.
We cannot resend returned items, so please be sure to enter the correct address.
Please note that the cost of the returned item will be refunded less shipping and handling fees.
Q: Can I have one order delivered to two or more locations?
A: Sorry. At this time, it is not possible to specify multiple delivery addresses for one order.
If you want the item to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Please do not return the product without contacting us in advance. Please note that we cannot process a refund for returns without contacting us. You will also be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

Q: What kind of packaging will it be delivered in?
A. Depending on the size of the package, we will ship it in a shipping bag or cardboard box. Please note that the package may contain plastic bags or cushioning materials to prevent damage.

After we send you a shipping email, the average delivery time is about 7-12 business days, depending on the region. It may take some time depending on weather and traffic conditions, but you can check the status in real time through baggage tracking services, so please use them.
I received a different product...
We strive to be very careful when checking and packaging products, but in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, please contact us by email. We will replace it with the correct product.
